Osteopathic treatment of the pre-natal and post-natal mum

I have always loved supporting women during this period and this post graduate training deepened my knowledge, practical and management skills for the commonly encountered conditions during pregnancy and the post-partum period."

"I loved that the course explored different types of treatment from the more hands-on joint mobilisation and soft tissue to the more subtle indirect techniques which despite appearing not to be doing much are very powerful in allowing the pregnant women’s spine and thorax to facilitate the changes that are required. In addition, we have been taught the very practical but simple exercises that every women should know about during the very early post-partum period to help her recover effectively.
