Sophie attended a weekend of workshops on the Gokhale Method. This is a wonderfully simple technique to get you standing/sitting/walking and even lying with better posture. I spent all weekend at a great series of workshops designed to get me holding myself more in the fashion of an Ethiopean villager. Work in progress.........We are hoping to persuade the wonderful tutor John Carter to run some workshops at Scorpio. Watch this space!
